Time with Poetry #2

Memories

Moments come, moments go.

But the memories will last forever,

Imbedded within the confines of

Our minds.

Refusing to leave us,

to last forever.

There are memories that

can warm your heart,

and those that try to

break you.

It can leave a scar

Whether if it is

physical,

mental,

or emotional.

They all count.

The only thing

you can do

it to acknowledge them.

Hold them close,

never let them go,

and learn from them.
